Overnight boarding and daycare guests enjoy more than 10,000 sq. ft. of lush outdoor play areas and over 8,000 sq. ft. of indoor resort facilities in a safe, clean, and private environment. Here, every pet receives thoughtful care and personal attention from friendly, experienced, and formally trained associates.
We share our property with Wooflands Veterinary Center, a state-of-the-art medical facility for dogs and cats. Their expert veterinary professionals are on call to assist with any medical needs.
Wooflands History
Wooflands Pet Resort & Spa has been family owned and operated since 2009, when it was established by Joseph A. Hardy III. The founder of Nemacolin resort, Mr. Hardy knew that his experience with luxury and exceptional guest service could be used to create a one-of-a-kind destination for pets.
In 2016, Mr. Hardy transferred ownership of Wooflands to his daughter Maggie Hardy, who is the owner and CEO of Nemacolin resort and 84 Lumber Company.
Our mission is to provide superior services for pets who deserve the best and more. Since our founding, Wooflands has become the Laurel Highlands’ standard of excellence for pet care and grooming.
